Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing immediately. When your order ships, you'll receive:

🔎 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received it:

Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation.
Check with neighbours, security, or household members.
Contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
If the courier confirms the package is lost, email us at hello@shop-nuse.co.za with your order details.

Depending on stock availability, we'll offer either a replacement or a full refund.
